    1.打電話(尺碼錯(cuò)誤)--客戶自己測(cè)量了尺寸發(fā)現(xiàn)與網(wǎng)站上描述的不同

    速賣通平臺(tái)是跨境的,所以這也就決定了速賣通支持英文、葡萄牙語等多個(gè)國(guó)家的語言。那如果是速賣通店鋪賣家要修改之前原來設(shè)置好的語言,應(yīng)該如何在后臺(tái)修改呢?

    在新版的產(chǎn)品發(fā)布頁面標(biāo)題和詳描均可單獨(dú)設(shè)置多語言內(nèi)容。標(biāo)題可以點(diǎn)擊英文標(biāo)題右側(cè)的“設(shè)置多語言”進(jìn)行設(shè)置;詳情描述可以選擇APP/PC端之后,在左上角切換希望自主編輯的多語言。

    賣家發(fā)布的多語言產(chǎn)品之后,是會(huì)顯示在對(duì)應(yīng)的國(guó)家分站中;同時(shí),也會(huì)展示在其他多語言商品的推廣展示渠道,是不用賣家手動(dòng)去設(shè)置展現(xiàn)的。

    能批量改語言嗎?

    目前批量修改產(chǎn)品信息還不支持批量修改多語言。產(chǎn)品信息模塊還不完全支持多語言功能,若在多語言編輯產(chǎn)品里引用了產(chǎn)品信息模塊,產(chǎn)品信息模塊的信息只是進(jìn)行了自動(dòng)翻譯。

    當(dāng)自主編輯并發(fā)布了多語言版本,是以商品維度進(jìn)入審核,該商品狀態(tài)為“審核中”,此時(shí)無法編輯其他語言版本。如果某一個(gè)商品的某一個(gè)版本出現(xiàn)審核不通過的情況,處罰也是針對(duì)整個(gè)商品。因此務(wù)必確保多語言信息內(nèi)容的合理合法性。

    速賣通現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)提高了開店的門檻,那現(xiàn)在是哪些人和哪些產(chǎn)品適合速賣通平臺(tái)呢?
